He clearly isn't very highly rated now, there just isn't much (any?) evidence he got anything right since the season finished last season. The jury is still out on all our new players, and the setup he wanted to implement failed us badly in the first few games. I wouldn't pin the Arsenal/Brighton games to him completely, the injuries fecked us - but the point still stands.
Interesting how highly rated was he in the Netherlands. He won a lot with Ajax but the problem is, he was always expected do win/dominate the league. Same happens here btw, we only win games we were expected to win anyway as Manchester United (regardless of who is in charge).
