Music What are we listening to?

Johann Strauss II
The Blue Danube Waltz

I go through phases of just listening to them in small amounts, it's weird.

I tend to listen to certain albums on a continuous loop and drain as much as I can from them. And then that album wouldn't be listened too for another few years.
I remember binge listening to RATM debut album for about 2 months.Granted I was young and didn't have many other albums.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Nature Boy

I was just a boy when I sat down
To watch the news on TV
I saw some ordinary slaughter
I saw some routine atrocity
My father said, don't look away
You got to be strong, you got to be bold, now
He said, that in the end it is beauty
That is going to save the world, now.

Paul McCartney, mostly.I’m glad the tide seems to have firmly turned against the Lennon/Harrison good, McCartney bad nonsense. He’s one of the great writers of loneliness.
