We're soft through the middle unfortunately. I think Chelsea's Conte are the blueprint for this formation and they had Kante and Matic through the middle.
I've said for a while, but the way to make this work is with Casemiro and Ugarte. And then play with more expansive wingbacks, and be willing to give up space/attacks down the wing while maintaining a rock solid middle

He will be judged for it but none of these players are his and none of these results shouldn't be on him whatsoever. I am not sure if the club committed Jan to him but I really believe there should be a clear out in Jan if he can and some funds from the sales.

They are shite in all aspects. Small. Weak. Slow. Unable to pass. No fire or fight or desire. Awful dribble success rates. Technically inconsistent in small spaces. Truly, the worst United squad there's ever been.

We offered nothing going forward under EtH and we looked even more exposed / brittle.
Our forwards, based on current ability (not potential) are relegation standard. Amad had a decent season in the Championship, Hojlund looks like a fawn on ice on rollerskating, Bruno is a disgusting disgrace and Garnacho is a brainless child.

It’s only gonna get worse…Onana is shite at collecting crosses and the defence is a bunch of weaklings. Add to that, there total lack of any in-game intelligence and it’s an opposition managers dream.
