Same issue for me.
Looking on my computer, it seems Niall added the functionality to ignore threads from thread view (possibly why caf crashed yesterday?)
Alignment doesn't look great and as you've all noticed it has affected the layout on mobile on various places so I'm guessing this is something that isn't quite fully implemented and a work in progress @Niall

Yeah I did some upgrades yesterday and that was an unexpected side-effect. Will fix.
@Niall, I just attempted to unwatch one thread using the little checkbox on the Watched Threads page and it's gone and unwatched every single thread I was watching

I checked the box next to one thread and then chose "Stop watching threads" option.
EDIT: I've just realised there are two separate menus and I chose the wrong one

Ouch. I'd hate it if I lost my long list of watched threads.
Have you tried looking on the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org)? I'm sure I've got a recentish screenshot somewhere but looking on there will probably be quicker.Bah I can't even remember exactly what the homepage thread list looked like before I did the upgrade.

Yeah I'm checking that now. It's the "Ignore" and reply count number on mobile that's breaking things right? Everything else looks ok I think.
Ok, the layout of thread lists should be fixed now. If something is still amiss let me know.
I've just tried watching four threads and the constant alerts bugged me after 10 minutes. How the hell did you manage with 20 pages?I had about 20 pages of watched threads
I only have alerts on for when I get quoted, not the ones for every reply to the thread.

Find it really hard to type on my phone since the update. When clicking “return” for a line break it doesn't work properly, have to press it a few times for the cursor to actually move down. Eventually does move down but doesn’t make it easy to delete and the autocorrect goes all weird.
Post counts for threads are missing from the main page of each forum.

Seems that tweets are cut off in threads. Have to click onto twitter to be able to read the entire thing.

Been having a few issues with notifications recently. Get notified that someone has quoted me but it directs me to the wrong thread and they're replying to someone else entirely. Also not receiving notifications when someone has quoted me either.
Quote notifications disappear if you go to the page on your own. So if you’re reading a matchday thread and you’re reading page 14, if someone quotes you on page 16 you’ll see the notification when you go to page 15, but if you go to page 16 it’ll disappear as you’ve been there and ‘seen it’. Could that be why you’re not seeing the notifications?
What happened to those this little arrows which let you scroll directly to the top, or bottom, of the page?
There's one to take you to the top of the page, on the red bar at the bottom next to Home
Never noticed that one before. There were 2 little arrows which appeared when you started scrolling, they have gone.

If I press backspace or enter while typing on my phone it closes the keyboard. Only having thus issue on the Caf. Making it a pain in the arse to reply
