I can guarantee you that we won't be signing all of them:

Rustu - Unlikely, Fab will be our goalie next season

Ferdinand - Yes, likely

not Rivaldo but ferdi and rustu are more than likely

its funny how almost every thread somehow turns into who's in who's out next season. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Must be cos everyone is so up for it, I know I am. Cant wait until preseason - thank goodness for MUTV.

I remember last year, I was so happy after watching RVN and Veron shine in preseason. Wonder who I'll be cheering on this time round...

I can't see Rio coming, although I'd love if he did, because Ridsdale has said that he is building the team around him blah blah blah, it'd be a bit daft to say that then three weeks later sell him.

Mind you, it is Leeds. ;) [/QB]<hr></blockquote>

I'm sure they don't want to sell him but, they would be losing only one player and go along way to improving their finances, without having to sell a handful of players and pull the team apart. And they will make a decent profit too.

Look at what United can offer Rio: the biggest stage (v. important after dazzling the world in the World Cup), Champs League footie, world class team-mates, a good chance of winning stuff next season, career progression, big money pay. Leeds can't come anywhere near matching that.

Look at what United can offer Leeds Plc: £35 million.

Look at what United can offer O'Dreary: Veron (a player Leeds was after for a while) - Leeds needs a midfielder with Bowyer going.

I think we have a very decent chance of landing Ferdinand, whatever O'Dreary and Ridsdale say.

Offering Veron in part exchange for Ferdinand?

I know people aren't happy with Seba, but what has he done to deserve being sent to a second class club? <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Not just a little far fetched you don't think?

Amir I want to marry you !
;)

To the others, including Raoul, I prefer not to reply.

Fab will stay. :p

Why not? We have something they've wanted, they have something we want.

Maybe a straight swap, dunno. Something like that.

Put in second class performances perhaps?

I think Veron will go back to Lazio. And United buy Ferdinand and a midfielder and a striker for the Veron money and some plc cash.Just saw a couple of pictures of Veron and Sorin in Rome and it seems that Veron would like to go back to his pals.Would love Veron to get back to his best in Lazio. It seems like he has a hard time to fit in the team.

What makes you think they want Veron and what makes you think he'd have any interest in moving to them?

The fools said the want him when hey have no money <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

I think Alex is gonna give him one more season to prove himself. I would, too. Just watched some old games and Veron looked excellent (better than Scholes) at the beginning of the season.

That is, unles he wants to leave himself. Then, we shouldn't hold him.
