Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich turns a blind eye to fake Trump electors
Opinion: If the pack of traitors had been Democrats instead of Republicans, he'd be sprinting to the nearest courthouse.

The Man at the Center of Arizona’s Primary
Spoiler alert: It’s Donald Trump.

Trump points a big finger at Brnovich in Florence
--As Trump was speaking, Brnovich posted a photo to Twitter of the pair together, smiling for the camera and flashing a thumbs-up and peace sign. “Great to have you in Arizona Mr. President!” he wrote in the tweet.--

I hope historians connect this madness to the dismantling of the education system (where the US used to lead the world). Americans of the 60s would have laughed this into the fringes where it belongs.

How’s funding for education in the UK? Lemme guess, Tories wanna reduce expenditures.

In Australia, bachelor of arts in areas like history, anthropology etc have had their fees almost tripled. An arts degree in history now runs a student around $40,000 because they aren't "employment ready". Guess who decided that? Our conservative government!

How does one become an AT-WILL worker?
You can get fired at any time and you can quit at any time. Makes sense for highly skilled highly payed workers in hot markets (at Silicon Valley people get these contracts), but it is absolutely brutal for the majority of people.

I wouldn't go that far. Americans in the 60s were just a handful of years from McCarthyism and the Red Scare, not to mention in the middle of the Civil Rights struggle.

Almost worked for this guy’s resort, had to pull out of an advanced interview process due to his policy of hair follicle drug testing…

Off-topic, but not worth a thread here. The portuguese far-right racist party that follows the trump playbook has just finished 3rd in today's general election in Portugal. Fortunately they will have no power whatsoever, but their fast growth is really worrying.

What's causing their growth? Why are people voting for them?

Their program is basically 3 things: death penalty for rapists and pedophiles, drain the swamp and everyone in the parliament is corrupt, and of course the classic immigrants and gypsies are bankrupting the country.

It's very similar to the US in a way, their leader came from the portuguese equivalent of fox news, and little by little he co-opted the traditional conservative parties. It's no coincidence that CDS, the traditional christian-conservative party in Portugal, didn't elect a simple MP for the first time ever. Quite shocking this.

There's just this feeling that the racists and homophobes who were kept in check by traditional right-wing leaders, can now be openly racist and homophobic because this guy started doing it on tv and became successful for it.

But on the positive side, the Socialist Party won in every single district and they won't need any help from the right to rule for the next 4 years. I'm not a big fan of absolute majorities, but in a shitty night it's something I guess.

Hard to say.

He needs money, badly. By keeping up the appearance of planning to run again he ensures that the grift can keep on giving.

I also think he is trying to intimidate the Fulton County DA, NY AG, and Federal AG by riling up his base to harass and threaten them and their people. This is stupid, but remember he is a cowardly bully and this is how he thinks. The fact no one has ever held him to task likely gives him the not unfounded confidence that it will work again.

Leading replacement candidate is halfway there
