Not a great look for a potential Supreme Court judge to be crying on TV.

He’s a right cnut. No wonder Trump likes him.

If I'm ever involved in a SC case I will ask this guy to recuse himself as he is too emotional. What an embarrassment this guy is.

True,I meant at this moment now.

If he really said he didn't go to parties like this, under oath, if I were a dem that would be it. No way is that true. Just hammer him for 5 minutes on those lines because he just perjured himself.

In this moment i'd be saying "I don't understand the accusation, it wasn't me and I fully endorse the FBI to investigate this to find the person who did."

I just don't understand why he's pleading his case but doesn't want an investigation. For that very reason he's guilty. This sounds way to PR driven, it's like ticking boxes over and over again.

People, keep in mind that he said he was never drunk, he's repeating it today. But his 'friend' judge, wrote a book in the 90', and referred to him as being frequently drunk, to the point of vomiting on cars.

It has been proved that he lies.

The one thing I will say: what would you do if you were in his position and you knew you didn't do it?

Aye, there's no performance he could give at this point that wouldn't see him criticised, especially given how partisan all of this is.

Though a FBI investigation (which in all likelihood wouldn't have been able to prove he did anything even if he was guilty, let alone if he was actually innocent) might have been a better option for him in that sense.

Nobody's falling for this contrived, desperate schtick, are they? If so, I have a bridge in Nambia to sell you.

A minute after the hearing, Kavanaugh will be saying to a colleague that 'tv audiences lap that shit up'.

How the feck can a judge give those arguments. It's clear that he's playing the PR game.

And moreover, how is 'I worked with several women and I never assaulted them' a defense.

It's illegal to lie to the Feds, watch all his party pals, male and female, drop some truth when they get that knock on the door. He is fighting for a position he's coveted for a long time, that is where the tears come from.

So he's innocent because he never put the party in his calendar and he is friends with some women?
And he likes woman and also let’s not forget to mention God a couple of times too.

I really hope, after all these character references he comes out with a:

Thanks to what 'Some of you on this side of the committee have unleashed' he may never be able to teach again ...

WTF?

There's going to be literally hundreds if not thousands of people watching this now who know first hand that he's lying through his teeth.

Maybe I am wrong, but I am pretty sure he just got it, if the dems can't produce a very very clear-cut "gotcha" moment. Conservative social media is absolutely loving it.

Agreed, this was the intelligence by the GOP in boiling it down to a hearing where he gets the final say.

Haha the clerk couldn’t get the new bottles of water on his table fast enough
