Interesting. My Rangers supporting mate was saying on saturday night he thinks McGregor will end up at OT. He's mates with McCoist although I'm not sure he's going on anything McCoist told him.

According to reports he was watching Izaguirre.
Personally I think it's more likely he was there because of his Rangers past and his close friendship with Walter Smith.
Its quite a trek to go for a jolly but. I dunno, Fergies always up to something. Jamie Ness' ability certainly wouldnt have gone unnoticed

For the right price he'll be away at the end of the season. Might be wrong but i think his contracts up end of next season. He'd be a bargain. WOuldnt be surprised if he ended up at Arsenal or maybe the likes of Villa to eventually replace Friedal

I doubt Wenger would have the balls to sign a British 'keeper to be honest.
Don't think he'll be coming to United, stranger things have happened though.

It's one of those rumours that keeps resurfacing. He's at the right age in terms of having a lot of experience, I just wouldn't be convinced he's a good enough keeper. If we skimp on buying the next goalie we'll suffer the way we did after Schmeichel.

He'll not be in the Scottish League for long at this rate. Great temperament and so assured on the ball. Needs to work on his fitness big time but.

I haven't been overly impressed with McGregor personally. I hope when we do go out and buy a keeper that we buy a top quality one straight away. It took us ages to get a proper replacement for Schmeichel so I'd hope we don't make the same mistake again.

Another great performance today. We could do a lot worse than this guy, especially if PIG decides to leave in the Summer. Easily good enough to play for a top team in England. Would walk into Arsenal or Tottenhams team. As good a shot stopper as you'll see in Britain, and given Rangers finances i dont think he'd be overly expensive.
Would be an excellent understudy keeper for us imo.

Depends on his ambitions i suppose, whether he'd be happy to be an understudy, because he's definately good enough to be a regular starter in the Premiership.
