It’s an honest mistake by the outfitter. The United women are having a rough time of it. I suppose calling out stuff like this makes it less likely to happen again but it happens to the men all the time too

I'm assuming it went on a long adventure between the communications > marketing > graphic design > social media teams.

This is such a Twitter thing. It’ll go on for days and weeks now instead of previously it being in a newspaper and then Adidas correcting it and nobody thinking twice about it, like with the male players above. If you’re in the public eye It most likely happens to everyone at some point in their career. They’ve said sorry and I’m sure they are and they will tighten up. Case closed. As someone said above. Thank god she didn’t have Joe Kinnear or LVG for a manager…
