UEFA Champions League Round of 16 - 4/3/25 - 12/3/25

Must be an advantage fitness wise for PSG that their league is all pub teams.
I don't know. I always felt it's a disadvantage for them that they're never pushed seriously in the league.

Guess that meant nothing and all they had to do was hire a top coach, ditch the megastars and play with top quality, hungry, youngsters.

I hope I’m wrong but PSG is not going to win this considering amount of chances they had in both games. They could easly have scored 7-8 goals in total.

Proper champions league tie this has been.

2 really enjoyable games to say they've both been 1-0.

Probably deserved to go to penalties on balance, maybe PSG just about edged it on most clear cut chances over 210 minutes

If there was a spectrum of passing accuracy and zippiness - we would be on one end of it and PSG would be right on the other end.

Their technical ability, movement, tempo, 1 and 2 touch passing. It's like watching a different sport.

Oh my god that’s the e worst penalty I have ever seem scored

The only thing to give us hope is Liverpool have quite a few of their lesser-lights out there: Nunez, Elliott, Jones, Endo, Quansah etc. Definitely not their preferred best 5 spot-kick takers anyway.
