U23s - Manchester United vs Wolverhampton

It's Olosunde again….what is that man doing ?

Olosunde’s always been fairly trash, no point trying to assess what’s going through his mind at this point.

He played well at Newcastle last week, and he played well last night until he got injured, if Ercolani hadn't got injured when he did Olosunde would almost certainly have gone off, so credit to him for soldiering on.

Congrats.

As I said in the 1st page, the Wolves youth side is very well coached. I loved how the fans showed up and it was a great experience for both sides as the youth players rarely get to experience that kind of atmosphere.

It said in commentary that the club laid on coaches for them, not sure how many would have turned up if they'd had to make their own way there.

Just watched the re-run on MUTV and thought Chong was our most threatening player followed by Mason. The game seemed to pass Gomes by. O'Connor was decent in defence too. Pity we lost the way we did.
Are you sure you watched the match?

I did, thought he got lost in the second half and our midfield lost control.
Thought that was the defense's fault. Seemed like everytime they would be on replay and then it would go back to the game and Wolves had the ball. The few times they showed United losing possession it wasn't due to Gomes.

I'm not saying he was losing possession, but I expected him along with Garner and Levitt to have controlled the game alittle better due to their ability on the ball. The defence apart from O'Connor has constantly shown their frailties. Olasunde is almost guaranteed to make a few mistakes a game.
