U23: Arsenal vs United

Their 3 had the beating of him constantly, was out of position for the goal/they came down his flank and he just struggled in general. Willock and Nelson realised this and decided to have a go at him. Can't be easy but he definitely needs work if he is going to improve/have a decent career

Our U23s coaches need to have some specific training for him to improve his one-on-one and defensive positioning over the summer, considering it looks like he'll be the first choice right back for a while.

To be fair he was bought as a right sided midfielder/winger which he is really good at.

But agree we need to work with his defensive game...I like him so hopefully he can push on.

Olusunde has been much better going forward these last couple of months.

The standard from these lot has been shocking this year. Joyce would have got more effort/organisation and made them harder to beat but at the end of the day the quality isnt there.

Also, the fact someone as bad Mctominay got pushed forward to the first team says a lot about the application of some of the more talented players.

Would be strange if he was bought as a winger considering all of his underage games for USA were at right back or occasionally filling in as a centre back
