Another big game, needs to be a professional performance by the lads

Here's the squad against Liverpool:

Amos
Veseli Thorpe Fornasier Buttner
Powell Cole
Lawrence Januzaj Lingard
Schlupp

subs: Gollini, Ekangamene, Blackett, McGinty, James

I don't think this is at Upton Park, thought it was at Grays Athletic's ground. Was going to go but realised I have Kanye West tickets *turns back so you can pelt me with tomatoes*

Will be something similar, i guess.

Buttner may go out to be involved with the first team. Blackett/Mcginty/Vermijl to replace him.

Would like to see Schlupp at LB but don't think it suits the squad at the moment.

This is 100% at Upton Park. The commentators mentioned it during the match against Liverpool.

I saw Rush Green, never mind me then!

I do like this elite group stage, it is good that the lads are getting tested with every game.

See the link which Cevno posted mate. It's the updated list.

Anyone going to the Fulham U18 game in 2 weeks ? Me and a friend will be in Manchester for the Reading game at night so I thought I would go to the academy game as well.

Instructions and directions for how to easiest get to the ground would be appreciated - and an estimate for long it will take to get there

Take the Metro all the way to Altrincham at the end of the line, turn left outside onto the main road then left again into Moss Lane, then walk along Moss Lane in a straight line for about 10 minutes.

thanks man

The under 18 games aren't usually at alti. They are usually played at carrington. Not sure if there's been a change for this one, but if not he will be very lonely :)

Just realise this game is in London, anyone have an idea how I might be able to go to the match ?

Underground to Hammersmith, or something

I meant as in is it easy to get into the match, I've never been to a reserve match before.

Plus I'm sure being in hammersmith won't help much

Call up West Ham and ask, i guess. Or Ask some West Ham fans if you know any.

I don't know any but I might just do that, only ever saw the u18s last year at Stamford bridge so might as well see if I can get up there.

Ha! You must not be from London, it's not dodgy at all!

If you're looking to go its district line to Upton Park (NOT WEST HAM) and a straight walk down the road. Can't miss it.

I watched a Millwall-match the first time I was in England...nothing scares me after that :)

There ya go lys, I would PM Tony and see if he can get you in as it's invitation only. You also won't get there easily with the met - ignore the above instructions!

U18 games at Carrington aren't invitation only, they're open to anyone!

It's not the easiest place to get to if you're not driving, I usually get the train from Manc Oxford Road to Flixton (takes about 15 mins) and then it's a pretty straightforward 1.5 mile walk - https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?sadd...iKvb_w&dirflg=w&mra=dme&mrsp=1&sz=15&t=m&z=14

There's only one train an hour so you probably want to be getting the 09:16 to get there in plenty of time for an 11am kick-off. There are some bus services around there, never used them myself but someone else might be able to say which services you can take.

Cheers mate! Will start getting down there more often.

Manchester United U21 Team v West Ham: Amos, Vermijl, McGinty, Veseli, Thorpe, Fornasier, Cole, Charni, Schlupp, Januzaj, Lingard.

U21 bench: blackett, sur her land, lawrence, van velzen, james

No Powell and Buttner. So maybe involved tomorrow.

Powell in squad for tomorrow then. Excellent.

Nick Powell is actually with Phil Jones and Fergie at a supporters conference right now.

Any link for this ?

I presume it still probably means he will be involved tomorrow then. Atleast, on the bench.

Blackett really seems to have stagnated this season. Thorpe back to midfield too again after being very good at the Back against Pool.
