For all our lackluster football so far in the Elite Group, a win at home against Wolves would bring us within two points of Spurs, which seems remarkable considering how well Spurs have been playing.

Do we still have to play Spurs twice?

Ando, Smalling and Buttner, seem's a very strong reserve team... be good to see how Ando and Powell do... who outshines the other

I like the idea of Powell and Januzaj up front for some reason.

This could be a very good match. A few players expected to play today could be fighting for regular spots in the next couple of years.

Hopefully Anderson plays amazingly

Watch out for Zeli Ismail. Looked quality for Wolves reserves this season

Wolves are the only team that beat Spurs, the current group leaders. They came back from 0-2 and 2-3 to win 4-3, so there will be no safety in sitting on a lead against these guys.

Is he a flair player at all? I know his name and it may be from FM [by flair, I mean AM, Wing etc)

Can play on both wings. Likes to cut in aswell, very good running at defenders, plenty of skill on his locker.

zeli ismail gets a straight red for a poor tackle on Chris Smalling

Shocking challenge, looks like Smalling's alright.

We've been working down the left through Buttner a fair bit, and this last run set him free in the box and he made a nice square pass to Powell, who took a snap shot that was several feet wide of the near post.

Best chance so far though.

Johnstone seems to lose his bearing at the last minute and saves a ball that was going wide and gives Wolves a corner, which bounces around for a moment but results in a free kick for United.

I can't help but love Alex's little stepovers. There is something slightly uncomfortable about them that is quite endearing!
