Lucky there, Fulham do look strong. A lot of decent play but real threat for either sides to be fair.

How's Fletch doing?
Seems the U21's have caught a bit of 1st team-itis.
Our central midfield is way too defensive. None of them makes any attacking runs worth mentioning and our top 3 are outnumbered every time. If the plan is for Fletcher to sit deep - then EKangamene or James MUST be more attacking.
Fletch looks average so far. Not surprising but nevertheless it's not nice to see.

Some neat touches here and there. His passing looks good (although one miscontrolled pass just outside the box led to Fulham's goal). Sitting fairly deep but has gone forward on a few occasions. He's understandably not charging up and down.
I'm really happy he's back and cautiously optimistic based on what I've seen so far.

Fletcher' passing looked good in 2nd half (dunno first, didn't see). Most importantly, looked very happy with the outing. What a bonus it will be if we can have him back in first team even if it is in late November!
