Monday, 14 April, White Heart Lane, 7pm BST.

Live MUTV coverage starts at 6:30.

A win here would go a long way towards making the playoffs.

I heard it's free entry tonight? I might go down there for this one.

Ah shit, the only stream I can find is the cricfree one, which wasn't working for me last week and doesn't appear to be working for me this week either.

Has Paddy retired? Been a long while since he did one of these.

Weir replaces Varela, who goes off with a cut to his head. Janko will move back to RB, with Weir playing ahead of him I should imagine.

Varela sounds like a Rafael-clone:

Also, I've found a stream. PM if you want ins.

We need to swap Rowley and James. Rowley's a bit of a passenger in central midfield but he's a decent left back. James is an asset in either position. Pearson and Ekangemene have been good, Amos has been excellent. Janko's awareness has been suspect since moving to right back, I wouldn't be surprised if Spurs get a goal from that Bale-looking thing running in behind him in the second half.

Spurs dicking all over us. Our lot looking very ordinary tonight.

Our midfield can't maintain possession, so far, and Spurs are controlling the game. It's not looking too good, and I'm expecting Spurs to eventually score given their control over this game.

To add on, the Spurs players look like they're well-coached in the pressing game, whilst, with Joyce, it seems as if we're more inclined to sit back with Pearson our only midfielder willing to hassle the ball-holder.

Wilson scores, yet again. Nice finish, and all of that starting from Pearson winning the ball, well. Great finish from Wilson.

Spurs 0-1 United

Wilson puts it into the corner from the edge of the box.

United should get the ball out to Janko more often. He's a very good outlet.

They call that his weaker foot. What a fecking player.

Good test. Nice to see Pearson and Rothwell tested - lots claiming they're almost ready, but matches like these are when they learn how large a step up it is.

Pearson

Every time the camera has zoomed in he's been giving it out.

Pearson's had a great game against Dembele, Bentaleb, and co. He's given Dembele quite a tough time whenever he's faced him.

We should have done better in keeping possession, but I guess it's tough when facing first-team players in Bentaleb and Dembele. Still, Pearson and Rothwell have demonstrated good discipline. Rowley played like a defender in central midfield. Weir was okay, out wide. He was a decent outlet on the right and provided good defensive support to the midfield. Ekangamene was great at central defence, and Amos is a first-team goalkeeper who looks like will be a good asset for a Premier League/Championship football team.

Wilson's amazing. I love seeing him play. Pereira's great, too, but he still looks immature and makes some strange decisions. James looks decent, too. I just hope that James and Pearson aren't too restricted in their roles and are given more freedom to play their game, in general.

I don't rate Louis Rowley at all.

1. He's hardly played all season
2. He's not a central midfielder

He won't make it at United but anyone who has been following him for the academy will tell you he's not a half bad full back.

The lack of games these lads play at this age level is disgraceful. How do people expect the national team to improve when youth prospects play less than 20 games in a 12 month period?

I feel like Pereira gives the ball away way too much. He tries so much and so little of it actually works. He should be looking to find the balance between keeping the ball and playing a possession game and also trying a couple of things to open up the defence or a shot for himself which he likes most.

Spot on. Pereira tries too hard. Needs to keep it simple at times.

Wilson is class. He should make his debut before the season ends.

Great to hear Wilson scored again. Really hope he goes on tour with the first team in pre-season.

He's definitely still adjusting to the U21 level, he barely played in the first half of the season as well. I have no doubt it will start clicking for him soon at this level.

I don't think Pereira is remotely good enough to make it here. Capable of the sublime but his consistency is shocking and frequently games pass him by even at this level.
