The question is whether they can make the step up to senior PL football. It's not just about skill, it's more about temperament. Same happens in cricket, a player can be an apparent World beater at County cricket but unable to make the step up to the elite level, Mark Ramprakash springs to mind. On current showings, I am not sure if Januzaj can do it.
