U18s: United vs. Spurs

Yeah if we could bring someone on in midfield to allow us to use Daehli further forward.

I get the thing about consistency but for first 15 minutes, it looked more like lack of effort. Spurs players were putting lot of pressure on us whenever we got the ball and hence had more of the ball. While we weren't trying. We were comfortable dropping deep.
 
Good goal, how did he get it in from there?
 
Kershaw knows a lot - but listening to his weird sounds is a bit annoying

Received it to the left of the goal, took it past his man and scored from a very acute angle at the keeper's near post. Good goal.

Sounds like a nice goal. I think Paddy had it right when he said at the beginning of the match that Gorre always has a goal in him.
 
Nice volley from Love on the edge of the area, then. Good save from the keeper.
 
It was a good goal - it wasn't a great goal. Poor defending - and poor from the keeper to let it in at the near post. But well done by Gorre.

But what has happened to Donald Love today - probably our best player
 
He's on one today, Love. All over the place...in a good way. :D
 
Easily MOTM so far - Donald Love. Superb going forward. Never seen him anywhere near this before
 
Great run and goal from Wilson...just over the line after rounding the keeper and going past his man on the left.
 
Great from Wilson there, such a talent. Hopefully he's not injured himself too badly while scoring it though.
 
James Wilson is really, really quick. Good counter attack.
 
The pace of both Wilson and Barmby is unreal. Lightning fast.

What a goal by Wilson there. The compsure and finish really reminded me of Will Keane at this level. Great by Love in the build up as well.
 
Love has been lovely, some lovely touches and I loved the run he went for the goal. I'm loving his performance today.

James Wilson is class.
