We loan Malacia out, and now we only have 1 left footed left back again?? And he is new in the squad. I just do not understand this.
Shaw and Dorgu are both left footed and can play LWB.

It says everything about Malacia's quality (or lack of)We loan Malacia out, and now we only have 1 left footed left back again?? And he is new in the squad. I just do not understand this.
I doubt shaws ever gonna play LB/LWB again. He can’t run up and down like he used to do. He’s mainly going to be used as LCB in this system.Shaw and Dorgu are both left footed and can play LWB.
I wonder if Ayden Heaven might even be an option, left footed and signed for the first team and supposedly sees himself as more than simply a CB. No idea if he has played LB at youth level but that might come into the thinking.
Amorim doesn't play with left full backs though, he plays with wing backs. Putting a CB there doesn't do anything as they can't do the attacking required.
Bit curious, what should I expect from Malacia as a PSV fan? When he came to United he was one of the best players in the Dutch Eredivisie. And is he game-fit?

I think he’ll do well for you if you play a back four. He needs a run of games to build his fitness back.Bit curious, what should I expect from Malacia as a PSV fan? When he came to United he was one of the best players in the Dutch Eredivisie. And is he game-fit?

Game-fit is a million dollar question. Does seemed okay fitness wise when called upon every 4 games, but we'll find out if he can cope playing regular football week in and week out.Bit curious, what should I expect from Malacia as a PSV fan? Will he? 0 goals, 0 assists in 42 games for United.Think he'll do fine for you, may take a while to get back up to match sharpness/able to do 90mins but think he'll contribute well after that. Hopefully it suits all parties at the end of the season for you to take him back permanently.

No but you'd expect him to at least get a couple of assists in 42 games.I mean, he's a defender and there are other metrics. Not every LB needs to be Gareth Bale.
He will clearly do better than here, as the level of Eredivisie is not that high. If you play a back four, he will likely do well as a LB. Just don’t expect attacking miracles - he’s not that type of full backBit curious, what should I expect from Malacia as a PSV fan? He used to be a tenacious tackler and man marker who could shut down the right wing. But since his injury, he has been a step or two slower both physically and mentally. I hope he just needs a run of games to build himself up again and do well for PSV and hopefully we can sell him for a good price.Bit curious, what should I expect from Malacia as a PSV fan? Nice work from INEOS
Giving space for Dorgu to get minutes, as if he wasn't going to immediately be our first choice.
