He's very physical and plays with his head down. He'll be decent, but nothing more than a good prospect. Markovic and Sterling on the flanks is a bit scary, though. Both could go on to become world class talents.

I would bite your hand off. I thought we were losing Evra on a free only a few months ago, so that would be a superb alternative.
Very odd situation though this Evra renewal to leave a few months later...
I was hoping he'd stay here but if he'd prefer to go to Juventus then I want him to do whatever is right for him and there'd be no hard feelings, Vidal or not.

Doubt they're gonna decide we can have Vidal just because we sold them our left back who we've replaced. They don't want to sell, this won't change anything.
Will be sad to see Evra leave though, love him and he's been a great player for us over the years. Would've be nice to have him around the squad but Shaw wasn't going to come in and be a bench player so it's not surprising he wants to move on as he'll get game time at Juve with Asamoah probably going to left wing or back in midfield.
I dont see the point unless he's desperate to leave. The fee is rumoured to be €1m, I mean we got €6m for Buttner. I'd love Evra to stay one more season, losing Rio and Vidic is bad enough we need some stability at the back and it will be nice for him to take Shaw under his wing for a season.
I know player+money deals don't happen often, but surely as Juve seem to really want Evra(and United don't need to sell) and United want Vidal, some sort of agreement could be reached?
