Sorry wasn't aware there had been any other reports from them today. Just saw the tweet saying, he had rejected the offer, and that ourselves and Chelsea were teams seriously interested.

No worries, twitter has exploded however with chatter that MUFC are in the driving seat etc.

Nasri's opinion - not mine. He and Cesc are close and so his Fabregas departure is professional and personal. #CFC have not met him/agents.

Nasri believes Cesc will leave and will not be replaced at #AFC. He wants to move to club he believes can meet his ambition - #MUFC #MCFC

Also NOTW Journalist Paul McCarthy said that Nasri to us, Sanchez to Chelsea on Talksport

Paul McCarthy (NOTW writer): "I think Old Trafford is where Samir Nasri will end up." [talksport] #MUFC

There's a rumor going around about us bidding £30m for Bastian Schweinsteiger.

No, Howard Nurse mentioned it being a rumor. He apparently works for the BBC?

Obviously, but we need some hope in these trying times--our Jewish Christmas.

Few interesting quotes from Nasri on @ManUtdStuff:

"Money has never been my motivation. I have always taken decisions from a football point of view. We already earn huge wages. The priority is to make a big career and to win titles. This is more important than everything else. I know the value and the meaning of money. With no titles under your belt, you can't be in the list for the Ballon D'Or. I came to England to get trophies because I haven't won anything in my career. We all need to get out of our comfort zone, to grow up and test ourselves. I am hungry for titles. I play football because I love this sport and want to feel the emotion of winning. Lifting a trophy all together, this is the beauty and sense of team sports."

£22m bid by us for Nasri acc. to Twitter, various sources claiming its from the french media.

Craig Mackail-Smith is being heavily linked with Brighton , can't see him turning down west ham and Leicester for the seagulls

I feel like I've killed this thread by making that list :(

@DanRoan Clichy's medical at City taking place now - interesting that David Dein's son Darren is 1 of his agents, as he is with Fabregas and Nasri
