Trump/Russia/SDNY investigation

Yes but Comey's interpretation of Flynn's involvment was much more favorable to Trump's side than how Mueller interpreted it. This means that the entire investigation could've spiralled into a completely different direction had Trump not fired Comey.

Plus, Mueller is like the Lord Sith to Comey's Vader... or something. Basically, it brought the master into play and with none of all the other distractions that an FBI director has day-to-day.

That's game over then, if the GOP can be forced to pull their finger out their arse.

Ps just read that official court docs say ‘senior Trump transition team member’ asked re Russia blah blah, not the man himself (so far!)

May holding hands with a russian agent is going to be the image that sticks with her.

bad judgement didn't get any worse than that.

Just remembered that this is all because a guy who ran intel for JSOC, and later the entire Armed Forces (DIA), got himself tapped by the FBI (either the russian ambo, or his own line).

Trump's lawyers are genuinely bricking it at the moment. Struggling to come up with decent spin about the Flynn news.

Is it worth anything without proof? He is being charged with lying. His word doesnt count for much.

So which is it? Trump or a senior transition member?

OH MY GOD PLEASE LET IT BE DEVIN NUNES.

feck! This is going to bring Nunes down isn't it?! No wonder he's been working so hard to push back!

Failing that, order of preference:

  1. Ivanka Trump
  2. Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump
  3. Steve Bannon, Jared Kushner
  4. Rebekah Mercer
  5. Steven Mnuchin, Reince Priebus

They already have proof, otherwise they wouldn't have charged him and he wouldn't be cooperating.
Not talking about Flynn being charged.
But if he says he was asked by Trump to make contact with the Russians, he better have proof. If not, his word means nothing.

Or do you mean they have proof of Trump (or someone else from the White house) being directly involved as well?
