Trump/Russia/SDNY investigation

So Nunberg doesn't mind complying with the subpoena, he just doesn't fancy spending hours doing the email compilation because he's too lazy. Sounds like a Trump guy.

Its shameful. The networks will have known he had issues and was drunk, but they still put him on the air. They prioritised ratings over someones personal well being.
This is one of the guys who came up with the wall and the Muslim ban. My sympathy meter is running a bit low right now.
I also don't much sympathize with fools. But every time a network voluntarily puts on a clown show because its has any slight relation to the investigation they do some harm to its image.

I don’t think it hurts Mueller any. It was just some badly needed light relief.

They were between a rock and a hard place as this guy was Stone's protege and likely knows everything that Stone was involved in - something Mueller obviously wants to know about given his subpoena. If there was cooperation between Stone and Assange and Stone was also communicating what he was doing with Trump then that would be significant.

The guy clearly isn't well, so hopefully he'll get some help. Bit of a disgrace multiple media outlets allowed him to go on the air when they knew he has issues and knew he was having a meltdown.
This.

I don’t feel sorry for him. He made a conscious decision to team up with Stone and Trump, which is fecking over this nation and quite possibly the world. He, like, many others have had it coming.

Agreed. I struggle to give two shits for his wellbeing - he just got drunk and ran his mouth and sobered up he'll probably be fine.

Then again maybe he should take note of what's happening to a certain ex Russian spy in London. He might be getting a pelonium chaser with his next beer if he says too much about Russian collusion. :nervous:

nice little thumbnail there

What prompted this Nunberg guy to go nutso yesterdaY?

Seems like it was a combination of alcohol, coke and anti-depressants. And he couldn't be arsed going through his emails for Mueller. Doubt he's actually in any serious trouble, just seems like another 'character' in the Trump era.

Also is Roger Stone always like this?

Short answer: yes.

Code:

(Is there no way of keeping the "start from" part when posting YouTube links to RedCafe? It just formats it such that it starts at the beginning and I have to use the code feature)

One by one these people are realizing that spending shit loads of their own money on lawyers to defend this corrupt individual, who would throw them under the bus at any given time isn't worth the price of an admission ticket to Trump's administration.
The thing is if he stands up in front of The Grand Jury and admits to being a traitor. Even if he has immunity what does he do then? Whose going to hire a traitor to work for their company in any high profile position?

Well be omitted no doubt....

Really was a shame having him make a fool of himself on tv when he clearly wasnt well. Hope he gets through whatever it is hes going through
Question, is there any chance that this was all a show? I mean no matter what he says to The Grand Jury now the Defendants lawyers will say that his testimony can't be trusted because he obviously has addiction/mental issues. Is he trying to come across as unreliable witness? Or is he really an unreliable witness?

A lot of pundits on CNN were skeptical of him to be fair. Thankfully, this investigation is likely to have many more witnesses with some sense of sanity.

This guy back in 2007 described Al Sharpton’s daughter as a ‘n####r’. Making a fool out of himself on TV is the very least he deserves.

How dodgy is all this. A lawyer is requesting that a witness deceives a congressional committee.

Robbins declined to help. Ryan then asked Robbins not to tell the House intelligence committee about their conversation.

that would be pretty brilliant if so. Interesting
