Moving forwards I think we have done some incredible business for the future of this club. Memphis and Martial are two of the biggest young talents in world football. The problem is, neither are likely to pay huge dividends immediately. We've seen from Memphis that he has a lot of talent, but look at how easily he has been marginalised in the Premier League. It's a steep learning curve for him. Give him a couple of seasons and I have a lot of faith in him becoming a VERY big player for us; but it's asking a lot to rely on him now.

Van Gaal is a crazy motherfecker, and I have issues with his tactics but.....I think his legacy will be felt at this club for a long, long time and he will leave us in an excellent position. All of our players are learning so much under him. His tactics are too rigid and systematic for my liking, but the discipline, tactical understanding and almost military like adherence to perfection, will stand our players in good stead for the rest of their careers.

Ogden also mentions Rojo could leave tomorrow. Surely we would have a defender lined up before that happens. Rojo departing would leave us worryingly weak at the back with a lack of options.

Its ironic that now we have an abundant midfield we're now short at front and at the back.

£58mil must be a wind up. If that's the case we should all pack up and go. Football is out of control.

There's no way we paid 80M for him. Just Monaco trying to save face after clearly saying all Summer he was 'intransferible'. United will have to report the fee to the stock exchange, so we will see then. Monaco have to prove nothing to anyone.

If that turns out to be true, then we really are an absolute shambles of a club, and deserve to mocked and laughed at.

Well then, United have the supporters they deserve, lots of the posts on here are an absolute shambles, and deserve to mocked and laughed at.

Even by our ex players?

Just shows you to what extent of a laughing stock we are becoming.

People won't admit it on here, because they like to live in this little red bubble where everything United is grand. But in the real world, everyone is mocking us, even our ex players.

Wonder if it's a bit of a "Bebe" dodgy deal in that we owed Monaco for the gentleman's agreement for Falcao.....

You don't think paying 58 million for this lad would deserve mocking?

People were laughing at 49 million for Sterling ffs.

All my Liverpool supporting friends say that Manchester Untied are the laughing stock of football. :(

Then again they've been saying that for a lot of years.

I imagine there is less self pitying whining on a One Direction forum.

And we don't care because the posters who aren't complete idiots are actually laughing and not taking it as if it was important in the great scheme of things.

Let them laugh, who gives a feck? Most reliable sources are saying different, stop believing the worst case scenario just so you can have a cry.

To be fair, who gives a f*ck what anyone else thinks?

 how has his tweet got anything to do with United?

You're looking too hard to find things to criticise. Go get some sleep!

Just about the only thing Im impressed about in this last minute window buying and selling is how confidential the club have been able to keep with all its dealings.

I would never have believed Januzaj would be loaned out not had I ever heard of Martial before yesterday. Thats the only solace I have tonight, hoping that somehow the club have Bale and Muller flying in synchronised helicopters into Manchester with an hour of the window to and sending 175million pounds the other way!

Seriously, the lack of credible rumours on final incomings is unnerving me abit: we simply do not have enough goals in this squad right now. And I have no idea whatsoever who we might bring in tomorrow.

I would prefer it if Navas wore some fancy boots. He's the only guy apart from Januzaj who seems to be wearing black boots these days. But i'm not really fussy i suppose.
