I really hope we don't waste the last days of the window chasing a ghost in Pogba. Use that time to get a realistic target.
What do you guys still need? Seem pretty stocked in midfield, no?
We need a midfielder. One who can help us control games. You see in any big game and against every top team Fabregas either gets pushed forward where he's ineffective or he just gets bossed because he's so slow and unathletic. Mikel is redundant and Ramires is nothing more than a "first off the bench" impact player.
We don't need a CB desperately but I think it's now or never for Stones. He'd get loads of games and would allow us to change up how we play.
I'd imagine efforts are better placed on a CB for them than a midfielder. If Terry's legs have started to go then I'm not sure Mourinho is ready to play Zouma regularly.
Ah, okay. I think a deal involving Oscar/Willian for Pogba would be brilliant for you guys. You definitely don't need both the Brazilians.
Plus, Juventus would be more inclined to do a deal if they were getting a player; no real time for them to get an adequate replacement for Pogba, if they were to sell.
At least you have pace and creativity now.
I'd happily trade Oscar + a bunch of money for Pogba. They've repeatedly and publicly said they're interested in him so it's obvious that they'd have him.
Who caled it? I remember that one poster said after Pedro to Chelsea every media will link us to every winger possible and they will link us with Felipe Anderson in a week.
I mentioned it would make sense to be interested in him in a few posts, but not that they'd link us...

In fairness he had almost as many goals as Rooney last season, and almost as many assists as Di Maria. He'd have been 2nd on both lists for us.
