Welcome back to the Premier League. Would love to see him come up against us at OT.

Sterling: first requested Benitez reinforcement

Can't see it tbf. If the reports from Spain are to be believed, Madrid have already decided not to sign Reus this summer because they're already stocked in the attacking positions, so I can't see the logic behind a possible Sterling transfer. Besides, he's only 20 and won't be first choice. It'd be a wrong move for him. They should give Jese a proper chance before attempting to sign another attacker.

I'm not saying I believe or disbelieve anything but with that club logic should not be followed!

Howedes & Kondogbia on Manchester United’s radar. (according to the Daily Mirror apparently)

Hasn't he been pretty underwhelming since returning from injury?

7G+5A in 18 starts and 2 subs in the Bundesliga this year. If that's his underwhelming, he's worth the 50. 3G+1A in 4 CL starts, too.

Last 4 seasons in the league, he's averaged 14G+9A in 26 starts and 3 sub appearances. He's fecking great!

Marca: Keylor Navas wants to stay and ''fight to the death''.

"I always respect my teammates, but I don't focus on who's next to me and just try to do my job the best I can. I'll fight anyone for my place, I don't mind who. I try to respect everyone, but I have faith in what I can achieve going forward", Navas told 'laSexta Deportes'.

The former Levante man thinks that "every year can be different". "I'm going to fight to the death to be first choice", he warned.

According to "Blick" Atlético Madrid are willing to pay €24m for midfielder Granit Xhaka.

I'd be worried about him having been out for over 30 games these last two seasons. With our injury record I wouldn't Count on it improving. Would've been my Dream signing a year ago, but now we've got Memphis who I Think is very similar. Not on the same level yet though ofc.

Bayern Munich offered €15m+€3m bonuses for Torino's right-back Matteo #Darmian, 'Gazzetta dello Sport' reports. Torino still want €20m. #FCB

That's true, he could do. Though, reading RAWK they seem to think they're above Benteke.

At £32.5m I for one am happy with Sherwood's comments and I hope to God he is referring to the team that finished above us.

Come on Spurs, whatcha waiting for? Do Benteke, Sherwood and us a favour. :)
