Evans will go on the last day of the summer, either to Everton or to one of Fergies old players, maybe Hull.

Who knows how much 3-4 years of quality play is really worth. I wouldn't care if we spent €60mil on Ramos if we got 3-4 good years out of him. 13mil + wages for 2-3 years of schweinsteiger is a bargain compared to what we paid for years of mediocrity from "potential players".
RVP made a bigger impact in three seasons than Jones & Smalling have in 10 years between them. (Not digging them out, just using them as an example as they've probably cost the same as RVP).
