Transfer Tweets - Europe - 2024/25

Not every day you see a football club sign a player older than they are.
 - absolutely staggers me that he is still playing, genuinely thought he was 10 years retired at least

Torino and Che Adams are getting closer. A few details are still missing to complete the operation.

At the moment, as we said, the granata remain ahead of the other teams.

According to Sky, a transfer of Jerdy Schouten to BVB is currently off the table.

The Dutchman is highly rated by coach Nuri Sahin and there has been a lot of contact. But: too expensive. PSV Eindhoven are said to be demanding well over €30m for the midfielder.

Rayan Cherki is currently ‘on hold’ at BVB. An agreement has been reached with the player and he has rejected PSG for Dortmund.

But: still no agreement between Olympique Lyon and Borussia, which is also reported in France. BVB's priorities are elsewhere for the time being (Groß/Couto). But that does not mean that Cherki could not still end up in Dortmund this summer...

Ché Adams to Torino and Oli McBurnie to Las Palmas are two transfers I wouldn’t have guessed.

  • Bayern Munich offer €55m with add-ons included for Désiré Doué
  • It's Bayern's priority to show it [their desire] with this offer
  • PSG will make a 2nd offer to Rennes who did not reply to the 1st one
  • PSG directors remain confident
  • DD has not made a definitive choice

Borussia Dortmund have not officially approached PSV for Schouten, but unofficially. Not going to be him for now. The PSV player is being inquired about by clubs, though: PSV feel comfortable with another 4-year contract and want 60 million [Euros] rather than BvB's 20-30 [million Euros].
