The 'Griezmann case'.

As reported by several media, Barcelona claim that the player is already Atlético's after having played 50% of the games last season.

They are threatening to sue the red and white club if they do no pay the agreed 40 million Euros.

Barça already approached Atletico in June with the same argument, letting them know that they considered the loan deal to be completed and asking for the 40 million.
If there is no agreement, Griezmann would have another season left on his contract at Camp Nou for around 20 million.

And if there is no agreement?
Barça say they will go all the way and have decided not to pay the Frenchman a single euro more.
Atleti assures that the contract is clear and will return the player if he does not play the agreed minutes.
