Shades of Moyes wanting to keep Rooney here. Note that al-Khelaifi didn't rule out Neymar leaving the club a few weeks back in his interviews with both Marca and L'Équipe. He even hinted at Neymar being on the chopping block by talking about how the club will become less about glitzy, glamorous superstars from this point on.
He's one to keep an eye on. Thorstvedt may become the next midfielder that everyone wants in a year or two.
