Official: Middlesbrough sign both Samuel Iling-Junior and Kelechi Iheanacho on loan from their respective clubs (Aston Villa and Sevilla)

Villa and Chelsea are doing too many transfers with each other for my liking. With Duran going Saudi as well, the Saudis came to the rescue of Chelsea last summer. Villa and Chelsea voted against PSR. I can’t help feeling their owners are all pally with each other, and utilising their contacts to get above PSR.

£5m loan fee for 6 months for disaster. He is a horrendously shit footballer.
Villa are also covering Disasi's full salary. He's a solid player if he's playing on the right of a back 3 or at right back in a back 4. Maybe Emery wants to play him at right back similar to Foyth at Villarreal.

Understand there will be a buy option included in Mathys Tel's loan from Bayern Munich to Spurs, which will be wrapped up before the deadline. Spurs' search for another new centre-half looking increasingly fruitless, however. https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...m-tel-watkins-garnacho-rashford-b1202083.html

This will be a massive surprise for me. Tel was never keen on permanently joining Tottenham, so this purchase option just seems like a hopeful punt just in case Tel changes his mind come the summer. Even if Spurs exercise the purchase option, they'd need to negotiate a new contract with Tel, and if Tel rejects Spurs, then the purchase option will be moot.

It looks like Tel has given his OK to join Spurs permanently in the summer should they exercise the option (Tier 2):

Official: Ipswich Town sign Alex Palmer from West Brom as well as 18-year-old Somto Boniface from Chelsea

Official: Bournemouth sign Eli Junior Kroupi from Lorient but keep him there on loan for the rest of the season

Most people know this by now, but James Ward-Prowse did indeed return to West Ham from Nottingham Forest.

Official: Atlanta United sign Emmanuel Latte Lath from Middlesbrough in what is now the most expensive MLS transfer in history
