I'd like to think so, but I thought the same about Hickey, and he didn't work out so well. Kayode, though, is a more athletic right back and looks like he can impose himself sooner on the PL than Hickey could.

I thought Hickey was quite good for them. Just sounds like he's had a horrific time with injuries and surgeries gone wrong.

From what I remember, he was mostly showing a ton of promise and slowly starting to deliver more of that potential until those injuries hit. We'll see if Brentford will allow him to come back into the side and get his career going again, but at this time, it seems like they want to fully move on from him given the strong link to Kayode.
