Surely, this sort of stuff from Chelsea needs looking into by the PFA & FIFPro. If it was Utd freezing players out for not signing a contract we'd never stop hearing about it.

Marcos Senesi is among the best defenders in the Premier League at this stage of the season.
He has a contract until 2026 and Bournemouth wants to renew it, but there are several clubs interested in him.
No central player in the five major European leagues has made more entrances (1.33) or defensive actions for 90 minutes (15.64) than he did.
Senesi would be among Argentina’s nominees for the next FIFA [international] window.
