Source (Tier 3):

  • Mathis Lambourde is one of Aston Villa's priority targets
  • The 18-year-old Rennes forward has caught the eye of Unai Emery

Tier 2 corroboration:

Aston Villa push for Mathis Lambourde (Rennes)

Source (Tier 2):

Fabrício Bruno's move to West Ham is still not certain to materialise. Although Flamengo has an agreement with the English team for the sale, the player has not accepted the wage offer and so the negotiation is dragging on. In other words, the deal is likely to fall through. In principle, Fabrício Bruno is available to play against Vasco on Sunday.

Update from the same journalist:

Source (Tier 2):

Fabricio Bruno has given up on going to West Ham, rejected the wage offer and will remain at Flamengo. The Red and Black had agreed to sell the centre-back in a deal worth 15 million Euros (13.5m fixed + 1.5m in target), almost 84 million Reais.

You think that our scouting network is being operated by right wing politicians?

Our new CEO isn’t British, nor is Blanc.
Our new part-owner is a Brexit voting, Tory donating, believer of British talent so wouldn’t surprise me if we are linked with a load already from these shores, particularly if known already by Wilcox and Ashworth.
Nothing to do with our scouts IF the direction is cultural reset from the top

by the way don’t mistake this for what’s actually happening. I’m just saying that until we see the proof.,
