Neves will go over to the Middle East to complete the transfer.

These Saudi teams are throwing around big transfer fees now.

Saudis are going to erase £500m in wages from our books on hard to move players. On top of that decent transfer offers. Looking at £20-25m for KK, that is about what we have in him. KK already approved the deal.

Clearly nothing to see here.

How do Chelsea do it?
They sold Ramires and Oscar for a lot of money when China were doing the same thing..

It'll get worse with Saudi Arabia as there'll be no transparency over how they deal with the owners of the clubs. Great way to circumvent the new FFP rules.

At some point the European clubs will see this for what it is, and have to do something about this as it'll greatly undermine the rules if Boehly (or others) can just pay off a Saudi connection in a private deal to take a player which'll give more spending-room. This is as fraudulent as it gets and another platform to cheat on a bigger scale. But how can you prove it? The problem here is we play by the rules in the EU.

PIF owns a stake in Clearlake Capital - which owns Chelsea? PIF is also bankrolling the Saudi League I suppose.

I just don't know how Chelsea do it year after year... They somehow manage to sell their unwanted players for loads of monies. Yet here we are trying to sell players like Bailly, Telles, Elanga and similar names and get fees around 5-15 million and having to pay a percentage of their wage for a couple of seasons.

They have players that have performed like shit and get massive fees, players that have barely played and get massive fees, players that just broke into the squad and get massive fees.

Is it just pure luck or what?

They do also have the opposite though Bakayoko went on loan after loan and has finally been released this summer after a big money move failed miserably.

Official: Bournemouth move Gary O'Neil on and replace him with Iraola

Source (Tier 1):

Back at Wofsburg after his loan spell at Milan, Aster Vranckx is unlikely to stay in Germany. Premier League clubs have shown concrete interest.
