Courted by OM, striker Iliman Ndiaye should stay at Sheffield United. An agreement had however been reached between the player and OM but the English club is in the process of convincing the player to stay.

The "belief" on the fee is Mike Verweij's own opinion. Before this, he stated that Ajax want 50-60 million Euros that he tried to get from Chelsea back when they were interested in the player. However, the info about Edson Álvarez's preference is from his sources, and here's what he said:

Basically, despite not yet agreeing on the personal terms, they shouldn't be an issue. West Ham want to agree a deal with Ajax first before approaching Álvarez.

Would not surprise me if he moves on - he wasn’t good enough to displace Raya and now we have Flekken in too. Plus his agent was bleating on in the press about us not playing him even when he was out injured!
