Think that was evident when Henderson started playing fairly well. We'll get decent money for him, he'll get a new challenge. I just hope from his perspective that he gets a move to a top quality team as he deserves it.

He’s the best paid keeper in the world I believe. Do you think he’s going To join a none CL club who can afford that?

Think he's gonna end up on loan at somewhere like Roma. None of the top teams really need a GK. Juve are getting Donnarumma and Milan already have Maignan lined up as a replacement.

I know Navas had a stinker in the first leg against City, but I think overall he's quite highly regarded there. I think that teams got a lot more obvious weaknesses than keeper. It would be funny to see him finally take his spot though after how close he came back with the fax machine saga.

Still can't quite figure out where De Gea would end up, unless there's a sudden bit of movement in that position at other top clubs.

Perhaps Sevilla? We send him along with £40m for Kounde and either DDG takes a small pay cut or we cover half his wages until the end of his current contract (2023)?

Who says no there? We get a cheaper deal for a starting CB and don't have to mess about trying to offload DDG on a loan then release him for nothing. Sevilla get a top GK with some good years left to help them solidify that 4th spot and beyond in Spain. DDG gets to move back to Spain to be closer to his family, with Sevilla just an hours flight from Madrid.

I believe he is also the Premier League's highest paid player (or at least was until De Bruyne signed his new deal). Difficult to see anyone else being willing to pay that bill.

PSG because they can afford him or Inter Milan because Handanovic is old which may be Inter start to think a new keeper. I can't think else.

Might depend on where Donnarumma ends up. Milan is possible though.

Rice, Sancho and Varane, 2nd keeper will be too good a summer for us. Approx £240m

Sell Martial, Andreas, Dalot, Romero, De Gea, Tuazebe/Lindelof and Lingard. That's Approx £165m
Keep Mata and promote Amad for more games.

Net will be around £75m and wage bill will go down too.

All that pissing about and you keep Mata??

The 33 year old who's on 160 grand a week and made 8 appearances this season?

And Dan James. You promote Amad to give him more minutes, yet buy two new forwards and sell only one from this season’s roster!

12m potentially could be a good deal for someone, but it would entirely depend on what the hell the injury was that kept him out for so long and what people thought of him before he came.

Was lauded as quite a talent and United was sniffing around I think, but nothing serious.

then the famous Luckhurst spotting happened :p

Worth a punt at 12 mil. Is his value really gonna decrease if it doesn’t work out? It’s just like with Dan James pretty impossible to lose on players like this, We’d get more for James than we paid for him.

My numbers were similar to yours except De Gea for £35m and Martial close to £50m.

Wasn't aware of Lingard last year contract that would bring sales down.
Fair enough, bud. You're quite optimistic with ddg though. I can only see PSG paying those wages and I think Navas is better these days. He'll be very hard to shift.

An Ajax chief scout as well as Mark Overmars were present in his matches, indicating Ajax's strong interest in the player. Sulemana on the Ajax links:
I know they are interested and want me. But they want that based on previous matches. I don’t think it would have made any difference if I had had a bad day because Overmars has seen me play many times now. He knows my potential and how good I can be.

Besides United and Ajax, Bayer Leverkusen are also apparently interested in him. Sulemana:
I just want to play for a really good club. I would like to play in the Champions League.
