Covid really did decimate club finances
The club is indefensible.
Dortmunds business model.is buy young, sell once developed. Has been for a long time covid-19 has every clubs finance's in a mess and if they think his price will go up they're incorrect because bo club will be able to afford to buy him. The longer that happens the more there midel crumbles. Outside finding is a temp fix and next summer there in for a shock.Shows how much you know, they already took external funding
Meanwhlie its our revenue that is taking hits, and failure again to make UCL for next season isn't going to be good for us
Id rather have those players for less than we’d pay for Sancho. Not sure what his point is.

Nothing much has changed....
The thing is Laird got promoted to first team, and in the youth team, Laird was the one who pushed Williams to left wing.Glad to hear. He's a natural RB no? So he would be backup to AWB and play the cup games. He's had a lot more minutes over the past year than TFM so he's a better fit I think.
What a nothing tweet
Whats bad about it?Except highlighting the clubs horrifically bad dealings again and ambition.
Obviously it's very frustrating to miss out on Sancho. I still think we got very good value for the deals we did make with the exception of Traore who we overpaid for because we think he's an exceptional talent. I'm happy with all those signings, just wish we'd had Sancho as the main dealing, but our squad looks a lot healthier now, with how jam-packed the schedule is shaping up to be then we'll be thankful for these additions soon enough.

I don't think €120 million was too much for a player like Jadon Sancho but there unwillingness to accept a slightly lower price with a view to understanding the effects of covid on every club will bite them hard.
Its there business model to sell.
I'm not going to engage with you, you're too hysterical.Even the fans have no ambition these days, terrible window.

He admits fault for his time here, but I doubt he would go from FCB to us. Doubtful.
99 percent of worldwide transfers are maybe players.N0 cb, spunking money on maybe future players, another falcao desperation signing and a midfielder who is just an addition to the squad. Absolutely zero improvements to the first 11 except at left back, which isn't hard when the other option is Shaw.
Rafinha arrived in Paris. PSG must now finalize the deal with the player and Barca before midnight. He passes the medical. The agreement in principle between the 2 clubs concerns a free arrival of the player + 3M € hard-to-reach bonus + a % on resale.

None of us have seen near enough of these players to be damning them.
We didnt get Sancho. Its a blow. It doesnt mean we close down our scouting department and never spend a penny every again.
We have just signed one of the best young players in Italian football and hes written off as a maybe player?
Thats ridiculous.
Big deal, it's just a fecking number. People lost their shit when Owen got it and are losing it now as well. Nothing new.
