It won't be. As long as Dortmund get their 120m euros then he will be sold and no less. I think the stumbling block for Utd is the agent fee.

Where is this agent fee bollox came from ?

That bloke keeps posting it without any proof whatsoever.

Ian McGarry and an ITK said it days ago and it's never been mentioned by anyone else so it seems to be pony.

Do you have a source fezzer?

EDIT: He provided a source. An Ian McGarry claim from Jan ffs

 I don't want to ignore the bloke but I might have to for the transfer window
He's the only person I've ever put on ignore on any forum I've ever been on - felt really bad about doing it but had to be done

Did we have to pay Sánchez to leave?

Few mates saying we had to pay him £40m to leave which I think is nonsense.

The £40m I've seen bandied around is the amount we're supposedly saving on his wages from the remainder of his contract by selling him now

He's been decent on average, but most of the team was awful yesterday to be fair. I would be happy to have a new CDM, but just looking at it from Woodward's pov. If he can avoid buying a player to save money, he will.
Hasn't anyone bothered to explain trading to Ed? It's this weird idea where you sell a player you don't need to get funds to buy the player you need.

Joe Rodon

Joe Rodon would be a terrible signing.

He'd be behind Bailly/Lindelof/Maguire/Tuanzebe. I'd even play TFM or Mengi ahead of him.

Keeping Smalling something i'm not keen on but even Smalling would be better than Rodon.

If we are signing a CB, it HAS to be someone who goes in as a starter and makes a big impact

I'd be hugely concerned if i was a Man City fan, the amount of talented youngsters who see they're future elsewhere and move to big clubs is quite high.

You'd think competing for the PL and playing under Pep would be a big draw for Sancho/Garcia/Diaz etc but they all cant wait to leave. Speaks volumes about the club for me

It is clear and obvious they do not give academy players a chance.

For City it is all about short term gain.

They're not playing under Pep, that's why they leave.

Would be a good move for him and the club.

He looked promising at LWB yesterday so wondering if he'd be strictly a winger for them

They are making money innit?
Yes, a whopping €45mil. for Leroy Sané is their record departure ever, with the €17mil. for Díaz being the most they’ve received for an academy player. They really know how to make a buck from those hundreds of millions being spent on the academy complex.

A loan is good, Germany is good, but while I dont know much about Werder, a quick check shows they struggled like hell last season and only stayed up after a relegation play off. Teams often bench their younger players and go with experience if they're struggling, so I hope he gets game time.

Good luck trying to get money for someone who’s 33 on 400k P/W
The Neymar money wasn’t good spent really.
Wonder if De Jong and Dembele will come good for them. Otherwise they have big problems the upcoming years with an very ageing squad on big money.

If I was him, I'd want a permanent move. Just look at how many games Ampadu played for Leipzeg last season on loan. Sometimes loans do work such as Kenney for Schalke but more often than not a permanent move is better.

Interesting to hear Fabrizio say we like Van Der Beek but not mention Grealish. Does that suggest we have maybe switched targets. I thought Jack was Ole's top target for that position but maybe I got it wrong.

Grealish just won’t happen because of the crazy price tag when all we need is a back up.

Just hope he doesn't go elsewhere in the premier league and we can go back for him before euros next summer.

Sancho alternative ?
