We will only sign other players if we sell first but it s looking difficult offloading players
If you look back historically, most business is done in the last few weeks of the window and this will be no different. The covid situation has only exaggerated this. Everyone is waiting to see what is happening. Obviously plenty of moves have happened, but huge numbers of players will be moving clubs in the next few weeks.

Doing Jose things is paying crazy wages on past-in crocks.

See Sanchez. Add Bale.

Glad we are not that stupid anymore.
Jose is now lack of tactical inspirations and have outdated management skills. What he can do now is buying famous players and then putting them in a wrong form.

This, plus reguillon does concern me a tad about spurs challenging us for 4th spot if we don't properly strengthen our first 11 this summer

Spurs were shite on the opening day, standard Mourinho effect. A couple of band aid signings isn’t changing the outlook. Bale is a busted flush.

It’s possible but you could already see that the players aren’t fully on board with Josesaurus in their first game.

Totally agree. Spurs are not anything special, they still play Sissoko, Winks and Hojbjerg in midfield and have a manager that is way past his best.

He doesn't care about the future because he knows he'll be gone. Doesn't matter to him if Reguilon goes back to Madrid in a couple years or if he has to get rid of a younger player like Dele to make room for Bale.

Signing Madrid's backup LB and letting him go a year later is one thing. But attempting to give up Dele Alli to sign Bale should be cause for immediate dismissal

Whats going on with City at the moment, been rather quiet I thought they were gonna go mental? Ake and Torres will just about make the bench and that's it.

Not sure why a buy back clause is such a bad thing especially in current times. He helps us for two years and fecks off for a decent fee.

I never said he wasn't. They've still been quiet, have they really closed that gapped to Liverpool?
After the Messi rumours, there haven't been anything substantial. There have been weak rumours about Otamendi potentially returning to either Porto or Valencia, but that's about it.

Emi Martinez announces via his Instagram account that he's leaving Arsenal.

Because it’s incredibly short term planning. He fecks off for about 5m more than we paid.

Absolute non starter for any big club that doesn’t consider themselves a stepping stone

Yeah but we are such a prestigious club that a Spanish player who dreams of one day playing for the most successful club in European football and the current Spanish league champions is not wanted. If we were that prestigious we wouldn't have half the shite in our squad whom which no other top club would entertain.

I understand not wanting a buy back clause but prestige has nothing to do with it as reported. We are big in name now not on the pitch. Move on and get someone else as Shaw will no doubt get injured and Williams is shite in the left.

Well.. Now that we have saved up on the Grealish + reguillon deals, we should have enough money to make a bid for Sancho..

Right?

Can see a real ire towards Woody and co until we sign someone else and rightfully so

What we need to do is make our voices heard at matches.... Oh wait!

Perfect little hiding place for him
Even if there are voices against him, it won't matter. Look at West Ham under Gold & Sullivan. They had fans come right to their seats and get hostile. That hasn't changed anything for West Ham. The only way the ownership/leadership will change is if the club stays out of Europe for several years (a la AC Milan).

Spurs will not be challenging for 4th with Jose there. The players are already showing signs of not playing for him. The opening day was a shambles with no desire or determination from the team to get back in the game. Getting Bale will not change that. I will not be surprised to see Jose sacked by the end of the season.

Its also the reports of him wanting to go back to Madrid...
He is hardly the finished player.. Take a young player.. develop him and he goes back.. why bother? We dont desperately need a LB.. we can look elsewhere.
