So Di Marzio have reported that Milan will submit a new offer for Sandro Tonali. Looks like there might be a bidding war for him.

Update: Inter agreed personal terms with Tonali.

Nicolas Tagliafico's agent denies any contact with Italian clubs and states that his client has an agreement with a club.

Key quote:

Think that might be a translation misunderstation. The way i read it is he has an agreement with Ajax that he’ll be allowed to leave this year.

Yeah, you're right; that's my bad. I'll update the original post accordingly.

Wolves seem to be affected too. Their forum is about as cheery as ours right now.

Villa and Leicester haven't done anything either, though they're not the best of company to be in.
are you comparing the richest club in the world to the likes of wolves and Villa?

His on a lot lower than your reserve keeper, United fans should never be taking the piss about anyone paying high wages. It's in you guys DNA to pay avrage players high wages. I am certain some milestones need to be hit this year for him to trigger the next year. That's how they work

Yeah can't disagree with that because you only have to look at the utterly ridiculous wages that Jones & Lingard are on to emphasise that point.

Point is, Wolves' owners have greater wealth than Utd. Of course in world stature and overall earnings they aren't anywhere near but the fact that their billionaire owners aren't active rankles with them in the same way it does us.

Seriously worrying that there has been next to nothing in regards to players leaving the club

Fiorentina are targeting several new midfielders. Two of them are Lucas Torreira and Marc Roca.

we dont buy, we dont sell and vice versa. That's how we roll

I am not surprised though when they are grossly overpaid for their level of ability,we are well and truly lumbered for the forseeable by the looks of it.

It's about time Davide Santon moves on. He hasn't played much football for Roma.

Juve are interested in Luis Suarez.

Cheeky bid for a seasoned but still very relevant international striker, going together with fresh new legs in the midfield and the wings? Taking that for sure, provided that we also offload a sensible number of past-it or always-injured parasites.

Rennes sign Sehrou Guirassy, formerly of Cologne and Lille. He had a very good last season with Amiens after initially struggling at Germany.

This is just sad. Everyone is signing everyone but the latest news from united are youth signings, contract extension and maguire interview

Sounds daft but I am actually more worried about the lack of information on outgoings than the Sancho situation.Obviously that is why we haven't heard much in regards to incomings outside of Jadon.

Would be so much easier to shift deadwood if they didn't all have to take significant wage cuts but then that is our fault for paying them far too much.

Had a text off my friend Ramsey to join United.

Absolutely nothing to back that up but would people take him?

£400k per week at Juve. Just let that settle in. £400k p/w for Aaron fecking Ramsey.

I’d take him if he was going for free. Obviously he wouldn’t be getting those wages either. Depends if he wants to sit out the last few years of his career in Italy.

Still one of the strangest transfers in recent times.

They’d need to command £20m as a transfer fee for him and he’d basically be a free transfer.

Phil Jones has cost us the same, albeit probably over 3 years, and Ramsay hasn’t played many less games than Jones.

let that sink in

Jones is on 70k/w, so what Ramsey make in a year Jones make in 6 years. No comparison there mate.

Truly boggles the mind. Not a chance he's getting even half that if he moves, looks like Juve will be stuck with him.

It boggles the mind because it is not true. He makes 7 million euros net per year, hardly 400k pounds per week gross. Ronaldo makes 30 million, Dybala and Bonucci around 7.

British media also claimed Pogba was on 75k week at Juve when he was earning the double. The difference in salary/taxation seems to be too complicated for the press.

Done on a 5 year deal.

You think you've got it bad, this is the first time we’ve gone above £10m on a player since 2017!!

Don't want to put too much pressure on him but looks to be just what we need.
