Surprise surprise!Surely we aren't still linked with him? I think I'll cry if we spend that much on someone who isn't as good as Fred or McT.

Longstaff almost not playing at Newcastle, he is either very bad or something is cooking.
If they are willing to sacrifice Odegaard and Pogba wants to go, I’d make that deal. In the most ideal world, I’d get Odegaard regardless and play him with Pogba in a 3. He’s hard working off the ball, and brilliant on it. With a proper energetic DM behind them, the team can dominate the midfield area in every aspect of the game.
So we only need to buy a Kante level player to make that work.
I think we should plan our midfield with players that compliment McTominay.
Exactly. He’s a rising star, he’s going to be a monster of a b2b CM. Anyone with eyes should be able to see that he’s already a key player, someone with the inner drive and a future captain.Wait, people still don't rate McTominay?
Are they blind?
We need two midfielders to play with him.
At times you wonder whether these people actually watch our games or not.Wait, people still don't rate McTominay?

Sancho not that important anymore??? More like Liverpool winning the race.
Love how we're going to have to negotiate lower.
Agree that we should be going for striker and midfielders in January.I'm guessing they don't essentially need to push for him in January as reinforcing midfield and back up striker are bigger priorities.
Agree on this. It is getting irritating. Someone please sort it outCan someone please fix it so quoting tweets doesn't keep making it appear as a new tweet on the alerts bar?

Let's check:This should be fixed now. Yes / no?

This is a check to see if it works for meThis should be fixed now. Yes / no?
Check
And i wonder if people have forgotten what it takes to actually win the league. Hes got talent but i'd say he would be a squad option at liverpool or city, not a guaranteed starter at all.
Do we really need Sancho for a £100 million price ? It just feels too expensive.
Depending on the money available - I would try to get the following players in
Haaland - and if we can't get him, sign Jarrod Bowen who is available for pocket change.
In midfield Sander Berge will be available for less than £40 million. And I wouldn't mind Grealish to be honest but I doubt Villa will let him go.
Those are the rates. He’s a world class talent, and will develop into the top 3 PL players I reckon either here or at a rival.
With Sancho, you will most likely get the money back with lots of sales, kinda like Juve did with CR7.I know it is - but with James performing as well as he has - I can't really justify spending £100 m on Sancho when we have other positions we need improvement more. Don't get me wrong - he is a brilliant player, and I would love to have him....but...a winger isn't what our main priority should be.

That's not actually a thing. Juventus don't get paid for the number of shirts sold in a kit deal, not would there be £100m+ worth of shirts with his name on them sold either. With Sancho, you will most likely get the money back with lots of sales, kinda like Juve did with CR7.

But that is what been reported by Juve, that they made the money back very quickly on his merch... reported in newspapers so you know, they like to add some color. That's not actually a thing. They don't. They want someone with a higher FIFA rating. At times you wonder whether these people actually watch our games or not.

Better than Henderson how? He's already better than Henderson and he's 23. Have a word with yourself.
Of course he is. In almost every thing that matters:Get over yourself. It’s not some footballing consensus that Scott McTominay is a top class midfielder or something, people are more than entitled to see things differently. And he isn’t better than Henderson ...
Of course he is. In almost every thing that matters:
Henderson's ball control is better and he's harder to dispossess than Scott; but Scott plays a faster paced game.
- More goals
- More shots per game.
- Better passing.
- Far better defending. More tackles, interceptions, clearances and blocks
- More "dribbles", or rather: taking the ball forward.
