Sorry Aurelio de Laurentiis - Napoli President.

Btw, he's also filled the board with his wife and son - totally hilarious

Not really, he's the owner, he can do whatever he wants and his wife and son are basically just there to fill a chair

Ancelotti on the other hand, this is the third club in a row where he brings his son and son-in-law and it causes problems. With us it wasn't with the players but with Florentino, and it was one of the reasons for his sacking(reportedly Flo told him he could stay if he agreed to replace his son and son-in-law), whereas at Bayern it was a problem with both players and directors and now at napoli too.

Napoli players really don't seem to respect his son's position at all

That's not the point of the board. The board of directors role is typically hire the CEO or general manager of the business and assess the overall direction and strategy of the business. You don't family members as yes men to achieve that. Don't see Juve stacking board seats with Agnelli family members for example, despite their overwhelming ownership stake.

Regardless, Ancelotti should fecking retire he's come to the end of the line...

Again, he's the owner, and also the president. He runs the business.

And he's actually done a pretty good job over the years, too

Oh and yeah, the juventus board is entirely made up of Agnelli men. Not family members(John Elkann's on the board though and so is Andrea Agnelli afaik) but people it's still people who work and have worked for them for years

Before the summer. Possibly a pre-contract in January and a "persistent injury" until May.

A team can’t just sign a pre-contract with one of our players. You seem to have it all speculated out to the finest detail though so I’m not one to argue.

Here's the Juve board:

From what I can make, the 'Agnelli men' are only Vellano who's the Exor CFO and Andrea Agnelli himself. Anyhoo.
