Thats a bit harsh on SMS - he scored 21 goals in his last 90 matches for Lazio. Not exactly Lampard, but not too far behind Pogba in his last 2 seasons at United (22 in 84)

SMS isn't close to the quality we need. Saul is a good player but we should keep Pogba and the buy Saul to improve as a team. Otherwise we're going backwards from an already terrible position. That said, given then it seems De Gea is getting a new deal, I imagine it was his agent Mendes who asked us to get Saul a new deal at AM. We get Saul his contract then De Gea signs.
