Strange signing - had 1 good season for Nurnberg 5 years ago. After that he has practically not scored goals. 13 goals in 5 seasons is not exactly great for a striker.

I suspect that’s how the manager likes to do business. Must think he can get more from him like he did with the squad last year. Not many players people have heard of but they played great football.

Remember him having a breakout season at Leverkusen a few years back, scored about 16 league goals I think, was in the race for the Golden Boot. Thought he might be somebody but he’s rubbish.
I think Leverkusen bought him after his breakout season with Nurnberg in 13/14.

But it's Norwich and they're getting him for free. Can play all across the front 3. Probably a decent signing all things considered.
Find another 26 year old striker that guarantees you double figures every season who’s available. Maybe he doesn’t suit the style of football we want to play but min he’s worth £60m. The market is crazy. Chelsea just paid similar for Pulisic.
