"...The source added that Mbappe's intentions on Sunday were never to push for a move, at least not this summer, but instead to put PSG under pressure. The former Monaco man wants to be more involved and given greater consideration by everyone -- inside and outside of the club. Mbappe wants his voice to count at the club and he wants to be consulted regarding player recruitment -- both in regard to PSG's strategy and their planning.
The source said Mbappe believes that he is the best player in his team, the best player in Ligue 1 and he wants to be regarded in that way. He also wants to play as the central striker from now on, not out wide..."

I know I should not be, but I am consistently amazed at the constant churn of players at City. That article is talking about adding five players to the side that won back to back titles, the treble this year, and reached the CL semis. At RB, for example, only 2 years after spending nearly 50 million on Walker, they are already looking for an upgrade on him. Not passing judgment here, just blown away by how much the game has changed. 10 years ago, even the big-spending Madrid galacticos would not be so active in the transfer market coming off such a successful couple of seasons.

That’s what’s needed to get to the top and stay at the top every season in modern day football. All the complaining about us buying players who didn’t work out and having to make it work even when it didn’t work or buying older ready to compete players to be changed out a season or two later just shows how stuck in the past our fans are. We need to get new blood in and swap them out when we have to and not try to keep extending the ones who are old, tired, and the ones who are not good enough.

Amazing how there have been so many team leaks, managerial leaks, yet no Transfer leak.

Absolutely None, where the h... is this fecking mole...

Honestly, as much as he's going to get crap for sounding like a dick, I actually rather like his self-confidence. There's no way a kid with his self-confidence and ability isn't going to make it. He knows his worth and he pushes for it.

Could of said the same about his Brazilian team mate after leaving barca.

According to him we're gonna make Jones captain and give Lingard a 3 year extension.

You also have to be a idiot to compare this clown to the Sun or Mirror who have good journalists working for them like Neil Ashton, John Cross, Darren Lewis etc.

Not referring to you @Zoo you're cool mate.

No....that's called feck you money and doing as you please. That turnover and the quality of it hasn't ever been seen before in modern football, especially with a manager like Pep. Pep's a fantastic mind and manager, but he's only ever worked with a top, top team/structure with Barca, Bayern and City. United cannot do this because the structure doesn't allow for it, the mentality of the executives do not align with the manager and there is financial restrictions even if it's extremely healthy. City just operates on a blank check. Yes it's pretty ruthless, good for them, but it's so hollow...maybe worse than Chelsea.

City will stay at the time with only a couple reinforcements, but five wholesale changes? And those changes would walk into just about any other team in the world. Not only the league, but world club football.

They don't even bother with youth players. Foden. Zinchenko. Bit part players being looked over already. Another two center backs? Fullback and holding mid. Then a forward to eventually replace Aguero.

Starting to look like this could be another one like Moyes' first summer window, the last “low profile manager” we had. Who is Ole's Fellaini?

Atlético include Lo Celso and Mario Fernandes(30m€, right back at CSKA) in their list of signings.

Inzaghi met Paratici and is a strong contender along with Sarri for the Juve job.

I've never heard of Lewis, but Ashton and Cross are both awful. Cross fell for the "Mourinho wants Ozil back" nonsense, which anyone who isn't an idiot saw through. And I vaguely remember Ashton writing about a year or two ago that we were hoping to replace De Gea with Jordan Pickford. I literally can't think of one time either journalist has been right about anything.

We were looking at Pickford and Mourinho was possibly looking at Ozil who he described as the best #10 in the world.

Lewis is that pompous bellend from Talksport. Liverpool fan as well. No idea how well connected he is though.

Earlier today a Ghanian outlet was reporting that we were gonna trigger his buyout clause of £43m.

I suspect they might be getting ahead of themselves. They would love one of their players at United in Ghana.

DeLaurentis would be absolutely mad to turn that down for a player that's already 28.
Why? What's the point of that money? It's not like they could suddenly go out and sign Salah with that money....
