'Hol up, any truth to Lingard rumours?
The point I’m making is he was saying the board were incompetent arguing over pittance in a deal that had already been done and no argument was ongoing. Ie he was taking the rumour and adding his own bit of info to it to make it sound like he has insider info, when really he was just parroting the rest of the press
Mocking his accent? No I’m suggesting his words sound slurred, as though he’s pissed.
The press don’t need to be talking about Poch, he’s a popular choice to replace Ole for half our fan base.
I’ve been saying we won’t sign a DoF for years on United Hour. Am I ITK as well? (No)
He was on medication for a cracked tooth and people shouldn't always assume slurred speech means drunk, it can be a sign of serious medical conditions. He always speaks like that, just a Belfast accent. Where was he saying that about Pogba? I'd like to hear it for myself.
Anyhow, I'd say Brown is more ITK than a lot of people give him credit for and again, plenty of journalists vouched for him including Danny Taylor.
That's because fans will be all "yeah!!!" then start bitching about the next signing before the window closes.Manchester United tactic of creating as much media attention to us potentially signing him, drag it out, and then make it official for increased media traction? Instead of actually signing him immediately due to our needs (not that we should sign him though).

I remember it to be fair, he said it on a podcast.Just searched twitter for what Brown had to say about Pogba. All I could find is that was that he was confident that Pogba would join united. I'd post the tweets but I don't want to post old tweets in a Twitter thread.

I find it hard to believe that he can get super top secret information about us trying to hire a manager behind our current managers back.
It just seems that it will be used as another stick to beat the board with when/if it doesn't happen.
I can never understand the De Brun hate on here, people fall over themselves to have a go at him as soon as anything is posted, yet 99 % of tweets on here prove to be crap in the end.
I don't really follow him (or anyone), but from memory, he called Moyes out before anyone I can remember, stuck fast to the fact Pogba was joining, has had numerous interviews with players, past and present, and is very much a United fan who wants the best for the club.
He's well connected, and ok imo, and there's far bigger BS merchants out there.
Exactly. The hate for him on here is bizarre and irrational.
Phil doesnt have the same contacts as he did have a few years back.
I'm with you, it's been like this for ages tbh, I've stuck up for him many times before, but can't see opinion changing, so personally I wouldn't waste too much effort on it.

We've been talking to Poch for couple weeks, who doesn't want the job unless assurances are given to him by the board. Brown also says that Poch would only take over from next season.
I don’t follow any transfer twatters. The reason I take exception to De Brun is because he comes across as an arrogant tosser and he’s the one I see who gets treated as though what he says is gospel, when he’s blatantly as in the dark as anyone else.
Gospel? Criticism regarding the ownership, Woodward et.al. is something a portion of our fans agrees with.
I would assume, purely based on the average account trying to create some traction, that there are "twatters" out there that are more arrogant or superficial compared to him, not that I have done a review of this. Your opinion that he is arrogant is yours to validate with examples if you aim to convince others.
I’ve only bothered with the one video (the one I’m referring to in relation the Pogba saga) where he rubbed me up the wrong way and I haven’t bothered since.
I have no desire to change other people’s opinion on him. If you want to carry on following his bollocks, crack on.
Tweets don't have to involve us.
Florentino Pérez spoke after the match with the media that covered the Super Cup final. When it was Riyadiya tv's turn, the Real president once again praised his staff, but ironically avoided the last question they asked him. Hearing Pogba's name, Florentino came out with a "I don't know who Pogba is."

What stage are we at
Firm ?
Considering ?
Preparing a bid ?
Wouldn't know haven't done either ,but considering this was being looked into in the summer and there is a whole team of people that this is actually their job you would think some things would have been put into place , but maybe not, maybe this is the way it Is done wait to start negotiations half way through the transfer window. Anyway would you recommend Champ manager ?I imagine spending £60m in real life takes a lot longer than on champ manager.
