I know nothing about him but Transfermarkt say he's left footed and plays on the right, so could be an option to balance out Memphis on the left.

He won't be bought as a first team player, hes not played much first team football, seems like a Fosu Mensah type signing.

Amazes me how many journos are too thick even to properly comprehend what a transfer ban means. Especially since the clue is in the name.

Sterling to Bayern rumours intensifying. According to BILD, Bayern have identified Sterling as a replacement for Frank Ribery and will not be scared away by Liverpool's price tag as Guardiola will have around 100 million euros to strenghten his team this summer.

No wonder Sterling looks startled if he's just become bald in the lederhosen.

Can someone explain how a player can be loaned from Barca when they aren't registered with them? Doesn't a loan need a registration transfer?

Their wording might be incorrect, but i assume it could involve some sort of "payment" upfront as first option to do the deal, say in January when the transfer ban is over etc. So almost like having a verbal agreement in place with the club/player/agent etc.

edit: shortened response as this is twitter thread. Sorry mods.

Big talent, has played under Albert Stuivenberg in the under 17 Dutch national team. He's only 17 still and hasn't played much yet, but probably wants to leave Twente because that club is falling apart at the moment.

It says he's available for only 2 million euros as his contract expires next summer. Surely we'd be mad not to get him?

Yeah, would be a good deal. He's always been regarded as one of the biggest Dutch talents at his age. In potential he's an exciting player, a winger, good dribbler.

Brilliant journalism there. Player X may be on our radar because we look into strengthening every position. Mind as well add in every player on the planet.

Not sure I'd be happy with a Twitter handle like 'sbates people'.

Manchester United are set to seal the transfer of Standard Liege teenage goalkeeper Ilias Moutha Sebtaoui. (Source: http://www.hln.be)

After losing big talents such as Zinho Vanheusden, Christian Katalay da Silva, Hassan Warsama, Thibaud Verlinden, Lois Openda, Isaac Matondo and Adrien Bongiovanni, Standard Liege also loses Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui. The 16 year old goalkeeper signs a contract for 3 seasons at English topclub Manchester United, where also the brothers Indy and Seppe Boonen are playing. The youth international will be playing for the U18.

Moutha-Sebtaoui is a physically imposing goalkeeper with a huge reach and détente. A leader who was also linked to Anderlecht and Newcastle, who invited him for a trial. Chelsea were scouting him, but came too late. Chelsea were saying he's a bigger prospect then Mile Svilar, a young goalkeeper from Anderlecht, who is also a hot prospect.

he was good enough to be the goalkeeper of a fairly mediocre side that ended third in the world cup.
He was good enough because Holland dont have good keepers available. Him and Krul were the top two choices. We as a club on the other hand have plenty to pick from. We can do far better than him.

Didn't we sign a young Serbian (or somewhere like that) keeper last season. Whatever happened to him.
