Right now, I think Pedro prefers Ancelotti in the team, while I probably would go for Sousa in the team.

I don't know that much about Ancelotti the player in fairness, but I'd have thought

I was considering breaking theme for just Cafu. I couldn't make it work with Stoichkov, Nedved and Vidic as my TP's though.

Yeah, I'd love if @antohan changed his mind again and still would build a team. Maybe together with @Pat_Mustard ? Many brilliant players available and if you go through with that remaining budget, you're in a great position to win the whole thing.

No. You can't have a single player managing two teams at the same time. What if the 2 team draw each other? Or should we fix the draw as well?
