Why has Dalglish dropped Meireles in the first place? He's better than any of the midfield players they've signed this summer and could have built on a promising first season at Liverpool, and why has Meireles caved in to competition for his place so easily? If he'd kept making the impact he made at Arsenal he'd surely have forced his way back into the starting side.

Bellamy is a good signing for them on a free, they needed a back up striker because they only really had Ngog to do that, well Kuyt as well but he plays more on the wings nowadays anyway and is kind of boring.
